Szanowni Absolwenci, Studenci – Członkowie Stowarzyszenia SAAMBA,
w dniu 3 lutego 2023r. w siedzibie przy ul. Koszykowej w Warszawie, odbyło się Zwyczajne Sprawozdawczo-Wyborcze Walne Zebranie Członków Stowarzyszenia Studentów i Absolwentów Szkoły Biznesu Politechniki Warszawskiej. Zgodnie z porządkiem obrad na nowego Prezesa Zarządu wybrany został Andrzej Marton absolwent IMBA rocznik 2000 oraz powołani zostali pozostali członkowie Zarządu Agnieszka Ert-Eberdt, Tomasz Bożyczko, Agata Pękalska oraz Dariusz Jura.
Podczas posiedzenia, na kolejną kadencję – na członków Komisji Rewizyjnej wybrani zostali Aneta Mioduszewska–Freundlich, Monika Popiołek oraz Adam Danieluk.
Ponad to, z ważniejszych punktów porządku obrad zatwierdzone zostało Sprawozdanie Zarządu oraz Sprawozdanie Finansowe za rok 2022, a członkom poprzedniego Zarządu udzielone zostało absolutorium.

Dear Alumni, Students – Members of the SAAMBA Association,
on 3 February 2023 at the headquarter on Koszykowa Street, the Ordinary Reporting and Electoral General Meeting of the Members of the Association of Students and Alumni of the Warsaw University of Technology Business School took place.
According to the agenda, Andrzej Marton, IMBA graduate of 2000 was elected as the new President of the Management Board as well as other members of the Management Board were appointed therein: Agnieszka Ert-Eberdt, Tomasz Bożyczko, Agata Pękalska and Dariusz Jura.
During the meeting, Aneta Mioduszewska – Freundlich, Monika Popiołek and Adam Danieluk were elected as members of the Audit Committee for the next term of office.
In addition, among the most important items on the agenda, the Report of the Management Board and the Financial Report for the year 2022 were approved, and the members of the previous Management Board were given discharge.
