Board

Andrzej is a lawyer and manager who has been involved in the Polish and international IT sectors for over 20 years. He graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Warsaw and completed the 1999-2000 MBA program at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School (WUTBS). Andrzej specializes in developing and implementing successful business strategies, optimizing operational efficiency, and leading restructuring projects. He has extensive experience in managing sales and marketing departments as well and has held various positions such as COO, CEO, and Commercial Director. Additionally, Andrzej has served on the Supervisory Boards of publicly-traded companies on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. He is also a Mentor and Coach in the APLO foundation and Early Warning Europe.

Agata completed postgraduate studies IMBA at the Business School of the Warsaw University of Technology. She graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. Agata is a Founder and Managing Partner of the investment VC Fund. Currently, she is also an expert and member of the jury of the European Innovation Council at the EU Parliament with a dedicated budget of EUR 10 billion for 2021-2027 for investment in SME. Previously, she was a Partner in the investment VC Fund established with the National Capital Fund under the Swiss Contribution program. Agata is an experienced manager, in the past acting as President and member of the Management Boards, chairman or a member of Supervisory Boards in many companies. As part of her advisory activity, she cooperated with KPMG. Agata has extensive experience in investment processes, strategic consulting, increasing the value of companies and their scaling, implementing optimization and restructuring processes, preparing companies for IPO, obtaining financing in various capital structures and participating in M&A processes at an international level.

Marcjanna is a graduate of Law from the University of Warsaw, having completed her studies in 2016. She is currently pursuing an Executive MBA program at the Warsaw University of Technology Business School, with a completion date set for 2023. Additionally, she has completed post-diploma studies for sworn translators at the University of Warsaw. With a passion for the IT industry, Marcjanna works as a Marketing Manager and Senior Content Manager. Additionally, Marcjanna works as a Business Analyst, specializing in innovation advisory for the government sector. Author of several publications on the application of blockchain technology to VAT processes and company supervision, e.g. published in the Commercial Law Monitor (Przegląd Prawa Handlowego).

Darek graduated from the International MBA in 2000 in the continuation of his studies at the Warsaw University of Technology. He supported his education about SWPS in psychology in the management of the Organization. Since the beginning of his professional career, he has been involved in the Industrial Automation, „Energy&Oil” an Automotive Industry in international corporations. Sales Manager with success in implementing business strategies at Poland and abroad. Previously associated with pro bono associations as President or member of the Management Board.

Rafał graduated from the Faculty of Management at the University of Gdańsk, majoring in Informatics and Econometrics. He is also a graduate of postgraduate studies at the Warsaw School of Economics in the field of Statistical Analysis and Data Mining in a Business. Currently, as a happy student of Warsaw University of Technology Business School on the EMBA 2022-2024 program. Professionally Rafał is associated with financial industry. Haveing responsible for digital transformation of BNP Paribas Lease Group, designing and implementation of tools and processes with using a new and advanced technologies. Acting as extended ExCo member he established and executed the sales’ operations area as well as service delivery. He also manages the relationship role to a key business partner as Kay Account Manager. In the past, he was related in the area of credit and risk management acting as deputy of CRO in one of the Bank in PL. He has participated in many projects of tools implementation, designing processes ensuring that are compliant with local and international regulations. He also gained experience working on M&A transactions and IPOs of a financial group, where he was responsible for substantive content of the risk subject in the role of Managing Director of the Bank.
